The Black Diamond
The Black Diamond is an original script by Em Glasspool exploring the junctures of relationship, interconnectedness, memory and identity. The play delves into the "social car wreck" that is the relationship between partners Ronda and Lynn and their neighbor David. The script incorporates text-based theatre, native story-weaving techniques, physical theatre staging, local Anishnaabe legend, personal stories, and classic acting and theatre techniques.The play is darkly funny and moving.

Skirting The Edge
A collection of six original monologues on the theme of women and mental health, directed by Em Glasspool & designed by Martha Cockshutt. “Skirting the Edge gives the willing audience a safe opportunity to transform moments of uncomfortable laughter into a site of learning and deconstruction of prejudices.” (Ema Stromberg, review of Skirting the Edge, Trent University’s, The Arthur, September 17, 2007).

Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead
Starred Ray Henderson and Matt Gilbert as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. "Directed by Emily Glasspool, this production of Tom Stoppard’s clever and hilarious play is terrific on all fronts….Small city theatre is often uneven in performance. The Vagina Monologues
This performance was produced as part of the World V-Day campaign and assisted in raising $17,000 for local organizations working to eliminate violence against women. During production Mysterious Entity forged links with the Kawartha Sexual Assault Centre, the Y.W.C.A., the Niijkiwendidaa Anishnaabe-Kwewag Services Circle, Trent University’s Women’s Centre and Peterborough New Canadians’ Centre.

2001
Macbeth for Six with Seven at Eight
Starred Jim Gleason and Kate Story, script adaption by Christopher Wilton, directed by Em Glasspool. "This association of Peterborough theatre artists put together a strong cast and crew that has just raised the bar of what can be expected in live theatre... True West
Written by Sam Shepard, directed by Em Glasspool this play starred Jim Gleason, Matt Gilbert, Brad Brackenridge, Saul Kimmer and the late June Whiteman. Becky Morgan of The Arthur wrote “True West is challenging yet subtle, an expansive yet frequently claustrophobic look at a series of stand-offs between two brothers in Southern California. From my first glimpse of this performance, my wits and psyche were challenged.” (March 5, 2000)
