Experts:

Rayce Manger

Rayce Manger has worked at Brio Gusto Restaurant & Wine Bar for four years, acting as sommelier for over a year. Currently pursuing a degree from the Independent Wine Education Guild, he has travelled the County & Burgundy, France and plans to continue globetrotting the world of grapes.

Julie Austin

Julie Austin is very enthusiastic about cheese. She gets a big kick from people’s reactions as they experience new cheeses for the first time. Recently she completed all three cheese appreciation courses in the Artisan Cheese Marketing Guild. In addition to being a mum to three busy "cheese is yummy" kids, Julie will soon be adding Cheese Monger to her list of official titles. Her cheese shop, Chasing the Cheese, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2010.

Michael Ketemer

Michael Ketemer has played at venues across Central Ontario as a solo artist, and as a member of the folk bands Freshwater Trade, Carried Away and Rabeska. Exposure to the recordings of fingerstyle masters such as Leo Kottke, John Renbourn, and Pierre Bensusan, as well as Newfoundland traditional music are cited as strong influences in Michael’s musical development. At present, Michael's favourite private vice is to play music in public.

We will provide some coolers and ice and boxes under the bus to safely bring purchases back to the PCVS parking lot - we hope participants will support the wineries and take the opportunity to buy products that are not usually available in LCBO.
