COVID-19 POLICIES
As we move towards bringing live events back to Market Hall, our highest priority is the safety of every patron, musician, and member of our team. We have put a number of measures in place in order to comply with orders from the Government of Ontario, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

RETURN TO LIVE EVENTS
Beginning March 1, 2022, in-person events at Market Hall will be permitted up to 100% capacity and there is no general requirement for attendees to have received full COVID-19 vaccination.

MASKS
We encourage you to wear a mask which completely and snugly covers your nose and mouth, except when eating or drinking.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
Market Hall strongly encourages use of contactless payment methods for a safe and speedy check out. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa. Cash is also accepted.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Please maintain a physical distance of 2 meters whenever possible including in queues inside and outside of the venue.

VENUE CLEANING
Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before, after and during each performance, high touch areas including seats, handrails, concession stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue.

HEALTH & SAFETY – COVID-19 PATRON SELF SCREENING
If you feel sick, please stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19 which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or running nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
Anyone experiencing any of these symptoms should refrain from coming to Market Hall and stay home to self monitor. Market Hall encourages patrons to use the tool here to self-assess prior to arriving at Market Hall. We are here to help! – Our staff will be on hand during your visit to provide guidance.
