COVID-19 POLICIES

As we move towards bringing live events back to Market Hall, our highest priority is the safety of every patron, musician, and member of our team. We have put a number of measures in place in order to comply with orders from the Government of Ontario, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

RETURN TO LIVE EVENTS

Beginning March 1, 2022, in-person events at Market Hall will be permitted up to 100% capacity and there is no general requirement for attendees to have received full COVID-19 vaccination.

MASKS

We encourage you to wear a mask which completely and snugly covers your nose and mouth, except when eating or drinking.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

Market Hall strongly encourages use of contactless payment methods for a safe and speedy check out. We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa. Cash is also accepted.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Please maintain a physical distance of 2 meters whenever possible including in queues inside and outside of the venue.

VENUE CLEANING

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before, after and during each performance, high touch areas including seats, handrails, concession stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue.
